  • White Christmas Martini.

    What you’ll need.

    4 white marshmallows

    4 maraschino cherries

    4 pink marshmallows

    1 lime wedge

    1/2 cup of coconut flakes

    1/3 cup of quartered glace cherries

    3/4 cup of malibu

    1/4 cup of coconut syrup

    Chilled soda water to serve.

    How to make it.

    • Step 1

    Thread 1 white marshmallow, 1 maraschino cherry and 1 pink marshmallow onto a short skewer. Repeat to make 4 skewers.

    • Step 2

    Place coconut on a plate. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of 4 martini glasses. Dip in coconut to coat the rim.

    • Step 3

    Place quartered cherries in the base of prepared glasses.

    • Step 4

    Combine Malibu rum and coconut syrup in a jug. Divide evenly among glasses. Top up with soda water. Garnish with skewers. Serve immediately.

  • The Mad Hatter.

    If you love the story of Alice in Wonderland as much as I do, then your sure to enjoy this Alice themed cocktail.  After all, No respectable unbirthday party should be celebrated without it!

    What you’ll need.

    • 1 oz of Malibu
    • 1 oz of Midori
    • 1/2 oz of Sour apple pucker
    • 3 oz of Pineapple juice
    • Orange sanding sugar
    • Bar shaker
    • Martini glasses
    • Simple Syrup

    How to make it.

    1. In a bar shaker, add all ingredients, 3 pieces of ice and shake to combine. Shake for about 45 seconds.
    2. Set to the side
    3. Use 2 appetizer plates, on one of the plates pour 1 tbsp of simple syrup. On the other plate, add the sanding sugar.
    4. Dip the rim of your glasses in the simple syrup and then in the sanding sugar. Set to the side
    5. Pour the drink into the glass and enjoy!
  • The Oliver Twist.

    A chilli-infused honey adds a delicious sweet fiery spice to this lager-based cocktail. Balanced with gin and elderflower, this is a delicious cocktail that can’t wait to be tried.

    What you’ll need.

    How to make it.

    At least a few hours before serving the cocktail you need to make the chilli-infused honey. Simply halve a chilli and add it to the jar of honey. Add more chillis to taste.

    Take a long glass and add the lemon juice, the chilli honey, the gin and the elderflower liqueur. Fill the glass with lager and ice before stirring to combineGarnish with a lemon twist or a few strawberries and serve.

  • Jingle Juice.

    What you’ll need.

    4 c.

    Cran-Apple Juice

    • 2

    (750-ml.) bottles red Moscato

    • 1

    (750-ml.) bottle Prosecco

    • 1/2 c.

    vodka

    • 2 c.

    frozen cranberries

    • 1/3 c.

    mint leaves

    • 1/2 c.

    granulated sugar, for rimming glasses

    • 2

    limes, sliced into rounds

    How to make it.

    Using a wedge of lime, wet rim of glasses. Dip in sugar until coated.

    Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, stir together and serve.

    1. White Russian.

      Invented in the 1960s, this sweet, simple drink has been described as an alternative to an adult milkshake. Historically, it has nothing to do with Russia, but it’s still absolutely fit for a tsar.

      What You’ll Need:

      2 oz. vodka

      1 oz. Lahlua

      1 oz. heavy cream

      Maracino cherry

      ice

      A lowball glass

      How to make it.

      1. Add the vodka, Kahlua and some ice to a lowball glass.

      2. Top with heavy cream and stir until cold all the way down, or just a few times if you want your drink topped with a swirl.

      3. Garnish with a maracino cherry and enjoy.

      And that’s it. It’s really that simple. If you don’t have heavy cream, or want a drink that isn’t as thick, you can substitute heavy cream for whole milk.

    2. The Ugly Buddy.

      What you’ll need.

      1 oz of Blackberry Brandy
      2 oz of Smirnoff vodka (or Vodka)
      Orange Juice
      1 of orange
      1 of maraschino cherry (or cherry)

      How to make it.

      Fill cocktail shaker with orange juice, brandy and vodka and crushed ice. Now shake it, pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with orange slice twist and cherry. Now drink it.

    3. The Rob Roy.

      The Rob Roy drink is a Manhattan made with Scotch whisky! This booze-forward cocktail is a sophisticated way to enjoy a good Scotch.

      It’s a retro slow-sipper that’s been around for over a century. Top it with a Luxardo cherry and it’s the ideal way to mix up your Manhattan. Let’s get mixing!

      What you’ll need.

      • 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) blended Scotch whisky
      • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) sweet red vermouth
      • 3 dashes Angostura or orange bitters
      • For the garnish: Luxardo cherry or other cocktail cherry

      How to make it.

      1. Combine the Scotch, vermouth and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass (or any other type of glass). Fill the mixing glass with 1 handful ice and stir continuously for 30 seconds.
      2. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and serve
    4. The Cherry Poppins.

      As the lovely Mary has always led us to believe, a spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down, but I reckon this little number will work in exactly the same way.  Why not try this supercalifragilisticexpialidocious cocktail for yourselves!

      What you’ll need.

      1/2 oz Grenadine

      1/4 oz Fresh lime juice

      5 oz Ginger ale

      Garnish: Luxardo maraschino cherries

      How to make it.

      Fill a Collins glass with cubed ice.

      Pour in grenadine and lime juice.

      Top with ginger ale and gently stir to combine.

      Garnish with 2 skewered Luxardo maraschino cherries.

    5. The Carribean Stallion.

      Aside from his questionable grasp of the French language and his unreliable business skills, Del Boy is known for his love of a good cocktail.

      While we can’t bless you with a three-wheeled yellow car or even a flat cap, we can help you recreate a Caribbean Stallion in your very own home. Read on mon cherie.

      What you’ll need.

      25 ml (1 oz) tequila

      25 ml (1 oz) Malibu

      25 ml (1 oz) crème de menthe

      Smidgen of Campari

      Merest suggestion of Angostura bitters

      Fresh grapefruit juice to taste

      Slice of orange to garnish

      Wedge of lime to garnish

      Seasonal fruits to garnish

      How to make it.

      Stir ingredients over ice in a mixing glass,

      strain into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of orange, a wedge of lime, occasional seasonal fruits, a decorative plastic umbrella, two translucent straws, and voilà!

      This time next year, we’ll be cocktail millionaires!!

    6. Blue Frog Cocktail

      Why not try this Blue Frog Cocktail. This tall glass of tastiness combines vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, and Blue Curaçao. Top it off with Red Bull, an orange slice, and a cherry for even more amphibious fun.

      What you’ll need.

      1/2 oz. (15ml) Vodka
      1/2 oz. (15ml) Rum
      1/2 oz. (15ml) Gin
      1/2 oz. (15ml) Tequila
      1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
      1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curacao
      Top with Red Bull
      Garnish: Orange Slice/Cherry

      How to make it.

      1. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in vodka, rum, gin, and tequila.
      2. Add triple sec and blue curaçao.
      3. Top with energy drink and garnish with orange slice and a cherry.
