  • Porn Star Martini.

    Something of a cross between a martini and a manhattan, this super-chic cocktail combines gin, vermouth and maraschino liqueur with bitters.

    What you’ll need.

    40ml dry gin

    25ml red vermouth

    5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

    dash of Angostura bitters

    orange twist, to garnish

    How to make it.

    Step 1.

    Fill a mixing glass two-thirds full with ice and add the ingredients. Stir for 20-30 seconds, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

  • The Greased Lightning.

    Why not get nostalgic and dance around your living room while enjoying this movie inspired cocktail.

    What you’ll need.

    1 1/2 ounces dark, spiced rum

    1 bottle root beer, preferred brand Virgil’s

    1 scoop vanilla ice cream

    Chipotle chili powder (for garnish)

    How to make it.

    1. Pour the rum and root beer into a fountain glass.

    2. Top with a scoop of ice cream.

    3. Dust the ice cream with chilli.

    4. Garnish with a parfait spoon and a straw.

    5. Pretend you are a T Bird or a Pink Lady and enjoy!

  • Bad Santa.

    What you’ll need.

    2 ounces Sugar Cookie Vodka (yes they make it!)

    1.5 ounces light creme de cacao

    1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream

    3 ounces of cream

    How to make it.

    In a martini shaker (not filled with ice) combine your ingredients and give a shake

    Rim a glass with sugar (decorators sugar works great) and add ice

    Pour cocktail over ice and serve

  • Chocolate Martini.

    Enjoy a grown-up way to drink chocolate with this indulgent chocolate martini, a blend of Irish cream, coffee liqueur and vodka.

    What you’ll need.

    1 tsp melted chocolate

    50ml Irish cream liqueur

    50ml coffee liqueur

    1 tbsp chocolate syrup

    100ml vodka

    handful of ice.

    How to make it.

    STEP 1

    Dip a pastry brush into the melted chocolate and brush up the side of two glasses. Chill until set.

    STEP 2

    Pour the Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, chocolate syrup and vodka into a shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into the glasses.

  • Monkey Shoulder.

    How to make it.

    Start with a 70cl bottle of Monkey.

    Remove 100ml and enjoy.

    Add 90ml of sugar syrup to the bottle.

    Add 30ml of Angostura.

    Store in the fridge.

    Serve over ice & garnish with an orange zest.

    Its quick, it’s easy and it’s yummy so try this one out guys.

  • Hakuna Matata.

    A fun Disney cocktail recipe for a Lion King movie night. You’ll have no worries after a couple of these sunset-inspired cocktails.

    What you’ll need.

    1 oz grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup, or to taste

    1 1/2 oz spiced rum

    1 1/2 oz coconut rum

    1 1/2 oz banana liquer

    4 oz pineapple juice

    Ice

    How to make it.

    Add grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup to the bottom of each glass (1/2 oz each) and fill each glass with ice.

    Pour in the liquors one at a time – spiced rum, banana liquor, and coconut rum (3/4 oz each).

    Top with pineapple juice, and garnish with an orange slice for the sun and a maraschino cherry as a nod to Simba’s anointment (the red mark made by Rafiki).

    Enjoy immediately.

    NOTES

    To make a LARGE PITCHER, combine 1 cup spiced rum, 1 cup coconut rum, 1 cup banana liqueur and 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice. Add the grenadine to each individual glass to still achieve the ombre sunset effect.

  • Tequila Sunrise.

    Master the art of a classic tequila sunrise, with grenadine, tequila, triple sec, orange juice – and of course a cocktail cherry and umbrella as garnish.

    What you’ll need.

    2 tsp grenadine

    ice

    50ml tequila

    1 tbsp triple sec

    1 large orange, or 2 small ones, juiced

    ½ lemon, juiced

    1 cocktail cherry

    How to make it.

    STEP 1

    Pour the grenadine into the base of a tall glass and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, triple sec and fruit juices. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

    STEP 2

    Add a few ice cubes to the serving glass then carefully double strain the cocktail into it, trying not to disturb the grenadine layer too much. Add more ice if needed to fill the glass then garnish with a cherry on a stick or cocktail umbrella.

    Ooh this sounds lovely. Time to get those shakers out and get mixing folks 🤪

  • Passoa Margarita.

    What you’ll need.

    50ml Tequila

    15ml Passoa

    15ml Triple Sec

    20ml Lime Juice

    How to make it.

    Who doesn’t love a Margarita?! Adding Passoa just adds that little bit of Fun to proceedings. You’ll need a Cocktail Shaker for this one. Add the Ingredients to a Shaker. Ice it Up. Shake like you wanna wake it. Double Strain into a Chilled Margarita Glass. (Or Coupe/Martini Glass!)

  • Fairy Dust.

    Be like Tink and have a little bit of fairy dust!

    What you’ll need.

    3 fluid ounces vodka

    1 fluid ounce sour apple schnapps

    1 fluid ounce triple sec

    1 lime wedge

    1 straw sour candy powder

    How to make it.

    Step 1

    Pour the vodka, schnapps, and triple sec into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lime wedge, and dip into the sour candy powder. Strain the cocktail into the martini glass to serve.

    You can fly, you can fly you can fly 🙂.

  • The Madonna.

    What you’ll need.

    40 ml (1 1/3 oz.) dry gin

    15 ml (1/2 oz.) almond liqueur

    120 ml (4 oz.) cranberry juice

    120 ml (4 oz.) cola

    Ice cubes

    1 lime wedge

    1 orange wedge

    1 maraschino cherry

    How to make it.

    Combine the dry gin, almond liqueur, cranberry juice and cola in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.

    Stir with a mixing spoon.

    Garnish with the orange and lime wedges, as well as the maraschino cherry.

    Feel free to wear your lace fingerless gloves and funky ear rings while making it if you so wish!
